Since 2023, Ningjin County Hongda Valve Co., Ltd. has continuously increased investment in equipment and scientific research, continuously improved its professional production capacity and boutique manufacturing capacity, stimulated its vitality with technological innovation, and deeply cultivated the valve market with industry boutique products. On the basis of achieving the set goals for this year ahead of schedule, the company is actively planning for the next year's work, laying a solid foundation for the company's next high-quality development.

 

In the production workshop of Hongda Valve Company in Ningjin County, automatic production lines such as CNC vertical lathe and machining center are producing at full capacity. The company's processing workshop has over 100 various types of machine tools and processing centers. The new assembly and spray painting workshop can meet the assembly requirements of various valves such as butterfly valves, gate valves, knife gate valves, and check valves. New casting production lines, coated sand casting production lines, resin sand casting production lines, silica sol stainless steel precision casting production lines, capable of producing various types of castings such as ductile iron, gray iron, carbon steel, 304, 316, and duplex steel.

 

In 2023, sales have reached 120 million yuan. On the basis of last year, it has increased by 20% and currently has orders in hand of 30 million, mainly exported to countries such as Europe, the United States, South America, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

 

Ningjin Hongda Valve Co., Ltd. continuously implements the "technology driven enterprise" strategy, continuously researches and produces various new types and specifications of valves and accessories. In 2024, we will also put into use a new mold workshop to provide effective and fast services for customers to develop new products and designs. Each product is required to be developed, tested, and mass-produced for no more than 6 months.
